If the Company identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual – whether through the same mobile number, name, device, IP address, payment method or any combination – all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or pending winnings across all related accounts may be voided. Where the Company determines that multiple accounts were opened to claim bonuses multiple times, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpkr15 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account – whether authorised by you or not – is your responsibility. Withdrawal requests above a specified threshold may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
winpkr15 supports the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer), and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payments must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.
The minimum deposit on winpkr15 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits. Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are reflected in your account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit or, where that is not possible, to another verified method on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed same-day for requests received before the daily cut-off time. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
A player who has received any bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds. Withdrawal of a real-money deposit that has not yet been wagered at all may be subject to a processing review. The Company will not apply unreasonable conditions to the withdrawal of a player's own deposited funds that have been validly wagered in accordance with these Terms.
winpkr15 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside our control. Please check with your provider for their current fee schedule.
All bets placed on winpkr15 are subject to these Terms and any specific rules published for the relevant sport, competition or betting market. A bet is not accepted until you receive a written confirmation within the platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
The minimum stake per bet on winpkr15 is Rs 100 unless a lower minimum is specified for a particular market. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and bet type. The platform displays the applicable maximum before you confirm a bet. The Company reserves the right to apply individual account limits where betting patterns warrant it.
If a bet is accepted at an odds price that was clearly in error (whether a system error, human error, or data feed error), winpkr15 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. A "clearly erroneous" price is one that was significantly different from the fair market price available at the time for that event in that market. The Company will act in good faith and notify affected players promptly in such situations.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official data provider used by winpkr15. In the event of a dispute, the decision of winpkr15 based on its official data source is final. Settlement is typically completed within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed, though this may take longer in the case of appeals, protests or technical delays.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment without a valid result, obvious pricing error, match or event subsequently found to have been manipulated, the market being suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a data error, or the player being ineligible to place that bet. Where a voided selection forms part of an accumulator, it is treated as a non-runner and the remaining legs stand at adjusted combined odds.
All casino and card games available on winpkr15 – including slots, Andar Bahar, poker, and any other game category – are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface and by these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms take precedence.

winpkr15 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct relates to criminal activity, account information and transaction records will be shared with the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.
winpkr15 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account poses a compliance or fraud risk, or where required by law or regulatory instruction.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the Company may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with its rights under these Terms. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
A player may close their own winpkr15 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned within five business days to the player's registered payment method after any applicable wagering requirements on outstanding bonus funds are assessed.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the winpkr15 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
